Very good plant based recipes. Anyone who says plant based is boring should purchase this book. Plus, I lowered my total cholesterol by 50+ points in less than 2 months by following the recipes in this book 90% of the time. And I still have my fish meals a couple times per week.

How many times have you made a recipe and it never looked like the photo in the cookbook? Well, I made Paella de Verdutas that is the Cover photo and my dish looked exactly like that photo! It Was also delicious! Gallo Pinto: Costa Rican Breakfast Bowl turned out perfectly and looked just like the photo. It had a deep, warm flavor that was so rich! We’re going to make the Russian Beet Burgers with Dill Slaw for dinner...
