She refers to the outside influences that rob people of their dreams as "dream thieves." Rushfeldt believes the price that is paid for conformity and not following passions is anger, resentment and a lack of motivation that impacts all areas of a person's life. The author states that God has given everyone talents and every person is required to be faithful stewards of those talents. She encourages people to ignore their fear and provides the tools that will help them step out in faith and to follow their dreams. Because as Rushfeldt points out, God promises He will empower everyone to develop what He has given to everyone.
