I ordered a book and had it expedited, and four days later, I received the wrong book. I contacted the seller immediately and asked him to ship the correct book overnight. He responded within a few hours and told me that overnight shipping would be $40 and he would do next-day shipping and refund my shipping costs. I received the correct book about three days later and a prepaid envelope to mail back the wrong one. The seller maintained great communication and remedied the problem immediately. Thanks!

Productivity is key

This book is an overview of productivity and how to effectively manage the cornerstone of HR. It's an excellent read for those readers wanting a broad overview, but may be a disappointment for readers searching for canned metrics on productivity and quantitative measures of human resources.
Fantastic - ties it all together

This is a great book. It very nicely ties together all phases of the employment process focusing on making data-driven decisions and linking HR and I/O Psychology functions to the bottom line. Throughout the text it provides 'capsules' on case studies to illustrate the points in each section. A must have for the scientist / practitioner and management generalist!
