This is an excellent addition for any Project Management bookshelf. It clearly explains topics that are only mentioned in the PMBOK. The explanations and examples simplified the concepts of Monte Carlo Simulation and Expected Monetary Value (EMV). The book has a conversational tone and is easily understood. The examples, while simple, illustrate concepts in real-world terms. It also includes a section on quality and explains Control Charts simply and effectively. This is a great book and will remain a permanent part of my library.
