Great father and child story!

I gave this book to my husband on his first Father's Day. It is a very cute story that a father would enjoy reading with his son or daughter. The illustrations are cute too.

My wife and son gave this book to me for Father's day. Upon tearing it out of the gift wrapping, my son (of 15-months) was in my lap and ready for a bedtime story. It's a great book. The story flows nicely, and at times - I must admit makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. A great Father's Day gift indeed. The one thing I would caution on is the fact that it is a paperbook and not a boardbook. Board is good for aggressive hands of a 15-month old boy... but paper just can't handle the tugging on the pages. So far, the book has survived! ;)

I've found that there are countless 'mommy and me' books and a very small number of daddy books. A even smaller amount are worth purchasing. But, Me and My Dad! IS worth every penny! The pictures are beautiful, and the words are just right, without being what you expect. I love hearing my husband read this book to our daughter, and he and she love it as well.
