Outstanding reference for the Medical Secretary/Office Mgr

I have had this book, and it's previous editions, since 1985 and have used it constantly since then. It is an outstanding tool for transcribing medical dictation of almost any kind. It's "cross-referencing" of phrases and sound-alike words makes it especially useful. It's only shortcoming is that it lacks a lot of specialized words and phrases for specific fields of medicine; for example, it does not have terms used by Pathologists. Adding this would enhance it's already outstanding value.The edition I have is the 2nd edition from 1988, and I have not been able to find newer edition. Hopefully, new one is on the way!
