I have yet to read this book but Im sure by now everyone has heard that the Thoroughbred series will be ending after book #72. Please got to www.whitebrookfarm.com to find out more and sign a petition against it. The series was just starting to come around after a few disastorous books and many people would like to see them continue. Help save THOROUGHBRED!
Improving with each book! SAVE TB

This book was a great improvement over the last few Melanie/ Jinx books. The conflicts between Mel and Jazz kept the reader interested and concerned for the future of Mel's horses Image and Jinx. Plus, we also get to see a little more into Allie's personality. The books are turning around and getting better with each new release! That is why I'm totally confused as to why Harper Collins is going to quit publishing the TB series after #72. The TB series has been a favorite of mine since "A Horse Called Wonder". Please keep TB in print!

I have to say that this book shows just how mature Melanie has become since she appeared so many books ago. Not only does this book come through for Melanie's character, it also pushes forward the plot concerning both Image, Jazz, and Jinx. It is definitely a turning point for the series. Unfortunately, the publisher, Harper Collins, has decided to end the Thoroughbred Series after volume seventy-two. This is quite a loss, especially since the series has just begun to really come into its own. Hopefully the publisher will continue on with these wonderful books, as they have only just begun to improve.
