A good primer if you've had little exposure to ASP

While the book is not organised very well - bit of jumping around necessary to get the info you need it is a good book to start with if you have previous knowledge of VB programming.One criticism I have though is that they are very light on some topics and too heavy on others. Their examples are good and not too difficult to follow. The CD is very handy when you need to cut and paste long sections of code into your apps.Overall a good book that will act as a stepping-stone to better things.

After reading other comments, I was dissuaded from buying this book, and bought Implementing VI instead. I borrowed this book from a friend though, and found it to be much more useful for introducing me to VI and laying a foundation for me to really understand this product. I also appreciated its format permitting the user to start at a number of different points depending on user's skill level, interests and immediate needs.Highly recommended
