This book provides some good general knowledge from the Cayce readings. It's not a "how to" book although it will provide some understanding of what we're all looking for in life. Long before the advent of the movie "The Secret" Edgar Cayce, called the "Sleeping Prophet" by many, stated over and over again that "mind is the Builder".
