""The Miracle Mongers: An Expose"" is a book written by the renowned magician and escape artist, Harry Houdini. The book is a detailed examination of the various fraudulent practices used by spiritualists, mediums, and other so-called ""miracle mongers"" of the early 20th century. Houdini, who was a skeptic of the paranormal, uses his own experiences and research to expose the tricks and deceptions used by these individuals to dupe their audiences. The book covers a range of topics, including seances, levitation, mind reading, and more. Houdini's writing is both informative and entertaining, as he shares his insights and observations with wit and humor. ""The Miracle Mongers: An Expose"" is a fascinating look at a bygone era of deception and illusion, and a must-read for anyone interested in the history of magic and the paranormal.Secrets of Magic Revealed, circa 1920.This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. This is a good book by Houdini. It exposed methods of the spiritualist and other magic secrets. I personally like the way Houdini exposed the magic of the spiritualist, like the way he has been doing during his life. If you are a fan of Houdini, you shouldn't miss this book!
