Miscreated Mania is a tough look at the drug culture in the heartland of the United States during the late 80s and early 90s. The war on drugs did eliminate many imports but gave rise to the homemade drugs cooked by people who saw themselves as scientists but who were actually misguided profiteers who could care less about the quality or the aftereffects their glorified poison had on their customers. Many users ended up losing their minds and resorted to a variety of criminal activities to support their drug habits. This gave rise to vigilantism and the unwritten laws of Lex Talionis- and eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. The justice system ended up overwhelmed and inundated by exponentially growing populations in prisons and mental health facilities wearing away the patience of the authorities tasked with keeping the peace and some end up with hardened hearts towards the citizens they're supposed to be protecting and serving. Tempers flared as the powers that be attempted to keep streets safe for younger generations seen as marks by the meth cookers as they tried to find their own ways through the ever-changing world of Main Street America.
