These two were a joy to read about. The down-to-earth Real Estate Tycoon falls for the equally down-to-earth fashion model turned real estate developer. The chemistry had just the right amount of sizzle, love, passion and compatibility.

Jason Wainright is a man that has it all. A real estate mogul with money, great looks and gorgeous women at his beck and call. He's not a man accustomed to women, not even the renound and beautiful Supermodel, "Wilhelmina" capturing his attention beyond his 30 day love em' and leave em' with a trinket policy. Billie Phillips proves to be more than the pretty face who's graced covers of magazines and body has been adorned with creations by the worlds most gifted designers. She's also a women who knows what she wants and has every intention of achieving her long desired passion of rehabbing old houses and bring them back to their previous life and glory. Jason quickly learns Billie's dream is more than a trend and he must redeem a crucial faux pas. As he seeks to help Billie in her venture they find themselves in unfamiliar territory as developing emotions take them beyond mentor and student in buisness only. I found the development of Jason's character excently paced. He may be the envy of men and the fantasy of women but he's coping with past emotional demons that makes him reluctant to commit to more than temporary affairs. However, Billie's sincere personality makes it impossible for Jason to continue to guard his heart against the inevitable love and trust that he finds in her. Their romance is tender, touching, and sensual. This is another well written Melanie Schuster romance, where the hero and herione makes me want to visit them again in future stories with Johnny, Todd, Ayanna, Toni and Zane's in their own love tale continuing a perfect saga. Kudo's Melanie, you've made your readers proud.

thank you for a softer side of love............Jason could have any weoman he wanted........give a necklace from Tiffany and begone........ Billie made him stop and second guess himself......He had true feelings for this woman and really went after her.............love it I really enjoyed the way Toni and Zane came together. Todd was off the chain........reminded me of my brothers. Ayanna is a best friend to get.........ready for the next one

Ms. Schuster does it again, this book was just enough of everything, and more...I just love the way this woman writes her characters...handle you bussiness Melanie...A+

This is the best tastefully written book that I have read in a long time Jason Wainwright was a wealthy man of the world he could get sex anywhere from any woman that he pleased but could he get someone to love him for the real man that he was. In comes Billie Phillips who just happened to be an ex- model and beautiful on the outside as well as the inside and brilliant to boot who was insterested in his brain not his wallet. Ms. Shuster also put in some new people which I hope will get a book such as Johnny and Ayanna, Todd the sisters-in laws from Hell ect.Beautiful book and the cover was excellent also I really didn't think that you could have topped Working Man but you did you're just like fine wine you get better and better with time. 10 stares if it was possible
