The complex made plain

This is the second book by Bergler that I have read. As before, he is able to put the cookies on a shelf low enough for me to understand and appreciate. Some sophistication, or at least some exposure, with psychoanalytic thought helps the read to move along, but it is not a prerequisite for understanding. As I read, there was a ring of truth and a "YES!" that welled up inside. This is the best that I have seen on understanding money quirks and conflicts. The last chapter alone was work the price of admission. Very helpful in the marital context.
