Hayden and his best friend/business partner Hudson (from "Screwed" book #1) are still buying and selling properties. Gracie (Hayden's youngest sister) has landed her dream job and is celebrating with Hayden & Hudson. She lets them know she's signed up for online dating and they both freak out. Brother dearest thinks it's dangerous and Hudson has had a crush on her for years and never acted on in. She alludes further to Hudson that she signed up to rid herself of her virginity. Hudson is having none of it so he volunteers to teach her and take her virginity. She's astounded because she's had a crush on him for years.
