Evocative storytelling

Sue Hornick is one of the most evocative writers I've ever read. Her language is beautiful. I thought the plot and the characters in this book were excellent. Wonderful storytelling!
Wonderful characters and story of redemption

I loved the characters in this story and found the path to Haley Clayton's reconnection with her faith compelling and touching. The hero, Jared Sinclair, was strong with emotional depth. The conflict between him and Haley was believeable and heartfelt. I also thought it was great that Haley was a rodeo clown. The author obviously knows rodeos and ranching very well. This is definitely a "keeper" for me. I look forward to her next book!
