Sent back in time from an environmentally damaged Earth by a stranded group of aliens, Joseph San Giamino had been given a number of goals with the two major missions he had: Tie up and restrict as much as possible petroleum supplies in the 20th Century by ensuring Italy wins the war in the Mediterranean and introduce green tech decades ahead of when it was introduced in his spacetime of origin. San Giamino succeeded with Italy by rebuilding the country's industry and culture with Mussolini, as described in "Book 1 - Prologue to War." He then served as a war minister to assist Il Duce defeat the British and drive them from the Mediterranean during World War 2, as chronicled in "Mussolini's Redemption Book 2 - Mare Nostrum." In this, the third book of the series, we follow the developments of a world where Italy is as strong as the United States, where Hitler and Stalin are assassinated, and where the war ends leaving the Nazis still in power in Germany. Ukraine pleas to the United Nations for assistance with its independence movement and war clouds again darken European skies in the 1950s.
