A devotional and short story about comparing our lives to others. The short story is an imaginary tale presented from the viewpoint of Cain, from the Bible story of Cain and Abel. This deals with the dangers of comparing oneself to someone else and how we see our own private and public life while only seeing the public life of others. This devotional even includes a bit of a Hebrew lesson, pointing out the various Hebrew names for the Biblical characters. My prayer for the reader is that you will learn at least one thing, or at the very least be encouraged to pursue your own study of the Bible.
