When I did the 30 days monitoring my relationships, I noticed many things including that I was running away from many people, after my separation. I had to work on the relationship with myself, loving, forgiving and showing self-compassion to myself. Only after accepting me fully as I am, just a very human woman and being at peace with me, could I connect effectively with others to give and receive love.Today the work is still in progress, but I have a much better relationship with my children, my close family, and some friends I could reconnect after the huge drama following the divorce. Getting intentional to listen to what is going on inside and handling it with respect to my relationships, helped a lot.
