I was at an event where I heard Rabbi Daniel Lapin speaking about being grateful, and how that can effect your entire outlook on life. It inspired me to write this simple little journal with a space to write down 3 things I am grateful every morning before I start my day. He was right I feel much more peaceful, satisfied, and over all peaceful expressing my gratitude daily. On bad days I can look back at all of my previous entries and realize just how wonderful my life really is. I hope that this journal can inspire you in the same manner. God bless Lisa Larson.
