I really enjoyed the first half of this book. Their relationship, the family drama, the best friends having a story of their own going on, and then BAM! It all changes on you. I have to say, you really couldn’t tell what was going to happen at the end. I wish it had ended a little differently (not so perfect), but this was a good read.

This has been my favorite that I’ve read this year. The characters are both charming and relatable.
I recommend this book if you’re a hopeless romantic at any age.
And also recommend reading The Boy Most Likely To.
It’s the second in this series and is really great too:)

I’m not huge on reading the same books over and over again, but I have read this one about 10 times. I fell I love with this book in junior high and I’m still reading it after I’ve graduated college!! I highly recommend!
Amazing and Well-Written

This book is about a perfectly blissful and sweet first love. It is heartbreakingly beautiful and I loved every second of it. It is about change, standing up for yourself, and defending those you love. The author really did a great job with character development and when you finish the book, you’re hungry for more.

It’s such an amazing telling of a first love. I fell in love the minute I read it & couldn’t put it down. I’ve read it about thirty times because it truly has become one of my favorite books.

I loved the build up that this book does so well. There’s a few twists and turns that set it apart from other books in this genre. The characters are so crazy and lovable!

I read this book by chance. I picked it out of the new section at the library and didn't realize how great it would be. Such a cute first real love, innocent, troubled home life, sense of belonging, underrated teen romance book I have read thus far.
