Dian Curtis Regan, the author of this book, weaves a FANTASTIC tale about Joey Ocean and Xia Dedd. From the first moment that the new student (Xia) walks into the classroom, Joey is mesmorized. He can't stop thinking about her, and how is it that he knows what she is thinking almost all of the time? Why does Xia walk with really awkward movements and why is her presence so chilling? These are just a few strange things about Xia that Joey has questions about. I truly loved this book. It's one of those young adult novels that completely captures your attention, and won't let you go. This book was incredible and I plan on reading it again very soon. My Zombie Valentine is a must have and a must read!!

This book rocks! I love Joey Ocean- he is the coolest character ever and I love his relationship with his wacked out little sister. And of course, I also love Xia, the zombie, and all the bizarre stuff that happens when he's chasing her around all the dark and ominous settings in the book.
