Working for a nasty boss, this book helped make my job a bit easier. It gave great insight as to why someone behaves like they do as a boss - even though they are an adult - and how to cope.... Very good reference.

This book blew me away! It is subtle. This is a sleeper. I was going through the book again and BANG! It propelled me right into my prefrontal lobe! I got it! What a brilliant book! This book is more than just words. I don't know how the author did it, but I am so grateful. If you don't get it, it's an OK book. If you get it, it snaps you into a different state of mind.
