Amazing reference book!

Amazing reference book. If you want to learn about plants and their utilization in Native American cultures this is the book to use. It shows the geographical range of each tribe, references a large array of plants and their differing uses by each tribe. Every source is cited as well so if you’re like me and enjoy going down the rabbit hole this will keep you interested for days. Some of the cited sources take you to more current research on some of the plants and their medicinal uses so that’s a plus as well. The author has organized everything extremely well. I love this book.
