Good self-help strategy for healthful living

This book is a first-person story of a struggle with chronic health problems and a decision to take control of medical management in non-traditonal ways with success. It focuses on excellent dietary and lifestyle strategies aimed at prevention as well as specific treatment. Good glossary of "natural" remedies. It does not seek to diagnose, but looks at good health as a goal rather than the treatment of a myriad of symptoms.
