It had some good points and I am glad I read it. Chapter 7, 11 and 13 were very helpful for me. I was reading this for personal help.

This book is a genuine GEM. I am an artist, illustrator, cartoonist, and writer. THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO PICK UP AGAIN THAT I AM UNABLE TO DO IN A POSITION WHERE I HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 25 PLUS YEARS. I am not knocking my current job. But in order for the NEW to Fly, I must abandon the OLD. The "fear of flying" has keep me grounded in a job, even though I KNEW it was past time for me to transition out of my 25 plus year position. I am now preparing my self on the launchpad of CHANGE. Thank God, and thank Dr. Henry Cloud for this piece of literally excellence.
