Forced to purchase this book for a class. It was packed with great info and easy to read. I thought I'd hang on to it, but I resold it. Served the purpose.

The book was the same book that was at the bookstore at my school, only 25% less. It was brand new with the CD and was shipped quickly. Better price and fast shipping. Can't ask for much more!

This book arrived in the condition as described: still in shrinkwrap, with the cd, and totally new. I had to buy it for my school. It puts me to sleep when I start to read it, but I have no interest in computer details. I know how to use it and that's enough for me. But it is a great read for someone who is really interested in computers.

The book is very detailed but easy to understand. It explained computer terminology, hardware, software, language, and more in such a way to make sense. The book is ideal for people with little undertanding of, or just beginning to use, computers and programs.

The authors do an excellent job of laying out basic computer concepts in easy format. Would recommend it. The other books on special software was not explaining the basics to me. I guess I expected too much. Catfish
