Being vegetarian I think that good presentation isn't only for meat-eaters! One of the main reasons I enrolled in culinary school is because I like to entertain my friends over food and drink -- always vegetarian. I recieved this book as a Christmas gift and I used a few recipes for our housewarming dinner party. The results were fantastic and having great photos were very helpful for improving my presentation skills. The ingredients for the recipes were easy to find, looked and tasted fantastic. My party was a success and I look forward to using Noraika's book as an aid for future dinner parties.

While the number of recipes in this full-color cookbook is limited, the selections are wonderful. As a vegetarian, it's sometimes hard to find suitable menu ideas for entertaining, but this has me wanting to throw dinner parties. I've made about a third of them and have always been impressed. The roasted squash risotto has become a regular at our dinner table! But while the blue cheese phyllo rolls are good, they aren't very attractive--the cheese bubbles out of the corners, creating a tasty but unpresentable dish.
