Fiendish but not the hardest puzzles available

I found this book relatively easy compared to the MENSA Absolutely Nasty Sudoku series and the Black Belt Sudoku series by Frank Longo. None the less, the puzzles were challenging and I had fun completing the book during breaks at work, waiting for Dr appointments, etc. as they didn't take long to finish. Not many of the puzzles required advanced strategies to solve and all could be solved logically, without guessing.

excellent challenges

I bought this book for my husband because he was doing his Suduko's in ink and not finding them very challenging. This book was perfect. I put it in his stocking at Christmas (he takes it EVERYWHERE). Finds it very challenging -- which is what I hoped to achieve!

Oh, my husband loves this book! He actually has to take awhile to figure these puzzles out. It's not easy finding puzzles to challenge him, but this book fits the bill perfectly.
