Mr. Maheu was a great man. I have this book autographed by him. I was going to just put it away for safekeeping but decided to read it. Absolutely fantastic. It reads like a James Bond novel with very real personal feelings and experiences. I could not put the book down and ended up reading it in one very long sitting. If you are interested in Howard Hughes' life, with a behind the scenes look at the CIA and government activities that they don't want you to learn, this is a must read. What an incredible man with an incredible life. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the broad scope of this incredible man's life. The book has all the thrills and intrigue of a spy novel, but is non-fiction.
