This is the core text for Nicotine Anonymous, a Twelve-Step program for nicotine users. No matter in what form you've used nicotine, this program has help for you in supporting you in getting or staying nicotine free. I was somewhat familiar with the Twelve Steps before, but I am surprised and impressed by the differences in the advice and point-of-view about them in this book. I was involved with NicA for several weeks before I got this book, and was very glad I did.
