I have never read Allison Brennan, but this book sounded like I would enjoy the premise. WRONG!!
I read--and read some more and just couldn't get into it. For one thing there are way too many characters, and I couldn't keep track of all of them. I finally gave up after several times of trying. Will not be getting any more books by Brennan.
