My grandmother and aunts wrote many of the recipes and information in this book. I love my copy as it keeps me in touch with my Swedish heritage and allows me to remember many family members and the traditions that keep us strong. Many of the recipes are family classics and are well written and easy to follow. Every time I make one I feel the connection to my grandmother and my heritage. This book would be great for anyone wanting to try traditional swedish foods and baked goods.
