Nothing More, Nothing Less

How far have you gone to get a boys attention? Well here's a story a want to tell you, it's about a girl giving it all she can to get what she wants. Mackenzie is a seventeen-year-old senior. You would think she has everything, tons of friends, a loving family, good education, a boyfriend, wait! No no not a boyfriend but a boy..........friend. Mack is in love with her lifetime best friend and neighbor Madison. She is willing to do up to the impossible to get his attention, Even if it means losing her parents trust, and spending all her time and money. She is a very funny and smart girl, but dumb in a way for giving it all up for Maddi. Mack is burning her brain finding a way to get Maddi to look at her in a different way. She will change images, buy new clothes, even spy on Maddi from her bedroom window. Its all for Madison. After many unsuccessful tries she will realize that the only way to get Maddi is being herself, not pretending she is someone she isn't. Trying to act "cool" and dressing up like his dates is not the way to go. Nothing More Nothing Less is a great book. I liked it very much; It's a book I will always remember, because you can definitely relate to Mack. Her feelings are very deep, and the author expresses them very well.I would really recommend this book to all teenagers. It's the kind of book the will leave you wanting to read on, a complete page-turner. If you are looking for a book that mixes family, friendship, school, and specially love... well you have a winner!

Mackenzie has known Madison since she was about 4 and now she has a major crush on him, they live next door so Mackenzie spys on Madison and looks at all his new girl friends which are mostly blonde and goes through many thing to try and attract him. Some are so funny i bet you couldn't stop laughing!

This is the cutest book. Mackenzie is funny and wry, and thinks real teenage thoughts. Madison was cute and I wanted him to be MY boyfriend, I was so jealous of Mackenzie. Yeah I know this sounds really dumb and shallow, but it was definitely a fun read.
