Carol did a good research and finished this informational book on Spider Woman myth of Native Americans of different tribes. She spent many pages on the myth story of Spider Woman and how she relates to the historic development of Native Americans of the Southwest. However, on page 83, she put down the Spider Rock at Canyon de Chelly, Arizona, which was filmed on location of the 1969 film ”Mackenna’s Gold”. Also, she included many pages in Symbols and Sign Language which help in understanding the silent communication of rock art creators and readers with a suggested title by LaVan Martineau’s The Rocks Begin to Speak.
It is a good information book to explore the Southwest.
