Oops! : I Made a Mistake

Oops! I Made A Mistake is very educational! This book is for level 1 readers (Preschool to Grade 1) and it includes words that are appropriate for a 4 year old to understand and pronounce. This book has a great story line that young children can relate to. This book encourages children to read to parents and be able to read on their own without difficulty. My 4 year old daughter enjoys hearing me read her books; but with this book she repeating, memorizing, and recongizing every word; even after the second time I read this book to her! This book includes a reward of gold stars, which are placed on the inside front cover everytime your child reads the book. Also, on the last page of the book there is a list of words from the reading and your child can color in the star next to the word that they can read. My daughter has several books, but when I tell her to pick out a book for story time she always picks Oops! I Made A Mistake book. Overall, this book is great and I recommend it to all who feel that their child is ready to begin to read. I will purchase more of these Fisher~Price All Stars Readers Series. Fisher~Price All Stars Readers Series is the best beginners book around, the hard part is choosing which one to buy next!
