being bi-polar this book has helped me tremendously. it has been very informative about the disease, the treatment, and various signs you can prevent mania or depression. it is done in modules which i like and the exercises are extremely revealing. this book is good for any one that is bi-polar beginner or wanting to refresh their skills.
