Pascal Plus Data Structures focuses on abstract data types, their specification, their implementation, and their application. Also stresses computer science theory and software engineering principles,... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I've taken several classes in data structures, and of the various textbooks I've used, this is the one I continue to reference. The code is in Pascal, but that hardly detracts from the usefulness of the book. The code is fairly well-written, well-documented, and the text is easy to follow and understand. All the major data structures are covered well, including trees, heaps, and graphs. Several sorting and searching algorithms, including QuickSort and HeapSort, are also covered.
Very good for beginners

This is an excellent introduction to Data Structures. The fact that all the code is in Pascal doesn't take away from it in any way.
