The G-12 model ain't got nuthin' on this church!

As I proofed this manuscript of Joel's, I was taken back by how well this church is organized under the classic 5x5 system of cells, and how their total number of cell members is as great or even greater than the recently popularized G-12 system pioneered by Cesar Castellanos in Bogota, Colombia. Just goes to show you that church growth is all about relationships, not about structure... don't be fooled into thinking newfangled structures will make your church zing. No health and relationships = no growth, regardless of structure. This is an excellent book for any pastor who wants to see what can be accomplished when every member is discipled to have their own, relationship-based ministry through a cell group system. I highly recommend it as a page turner, one that will get you excited to release members into ministry through cells.
