Recently found this in the library used book shelf and had to buy it and try the recipes. As we are lovers of spectacular pasta recipes, we found the recipes we have tried in this book to be very good to excellent. We particularly love the Gorgonzolla Cheese Sauce on fettuccini and the Mountain Style Mushroom Sauce on any kind of pasta.
