This is a great starting point for studying for Step1 of boards. The question/answer format is good for relating academic information to what you are likely to be asked.This also has a good clinical spin to it. A good way to relate what you've been learning the first 2 years to what's coming up.Probably a good adjunct to Robbins as well.
