Emanuel Law Outlines: Payment Systems

An excellent summary, with key points, practice questions, and exam tips worth reading. The explanatory style, with an example following each point, made the material easy to remember. Finals were much easier after reading this outline.

Good study aid

We used Whaley's textbook in class and I used this outline as study aid. The outline is good and it addresses the problems posed in the textbook. Get Gilbert's as well....

No, it's good

I bought this for my law school class. (Despite the other reviewer's advice.) The outline is fine. It's the standard Emanuel Outline, very thorough, but well organized so its readable. As far as the cases go, each professor teaches different ones--some are in, some aren't. Includes practice essay questions, with answers, and multiple choice reviews and tests.
