Platinum Edition Using Access 97

I have been working on programming for the pass 10 years, worked with DO's base programs, I had less than 6 months to learn the in and outs of this program. Every step was covered in detail. For Y2K change-over this book was in dispensable since someone "borrowed" it, I have reordered it.

I have just about every Access 97 Book published - and this is the best one by far.
Best that I have found on Access 97 and Visual Basic.

I have used several titles for reference including the Microsoft Step-by-Step series. Using Access 97 answered questions on filters in a few minutes that I wasted hours on in other titles. If you can have only one title for your reference library, this is the one.

I have purchased several books on Access 97. If I had gotten this one first, I would not have bothered with the others. It is well written and is the first book I've found that does a good job of explaining the use of charts in Access.
