I feel like a kid again reading this book

I'm working way too much these days and I'm tired when I go to bed, so I can't read much before I fall asleep. Persuaded has been the perfect little bedtime escape. I feel like a girl reading Jane Austin again. There is a lovely quality to all Inez Ross's work that really brings me back and makes me feel adventurous and comforted at the same time.

The author made me want to visit the Great Lakes and especially Mackinac Island. Story reminds me of Jane Austen (as it is supposed to). I recommend this book highly.
