This guide uses pictures to guide readers through Photoshop Elements and show what to do. Topics covered include creating and managing images, fixing and retouching photos, changing and adjusting... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I checked this book out of the library first, then found it to be so useful that I had to purchase a copy of my own. I am sure there are other good books out there that explain Photoshop Elements, but this is the one that finally made things "click" for me. I am now happily playing with the program instead of pulling my hair out trying to figure out what the heck I'm doing. The chapters are laid out in a logical order, and all the steps are explained in clear language with plenty of diagrams and before/after photos. My only complaint is that the illustrations are small and all in black and white, which makes them less helpful than they could be, especially in the chapters dealing with color adjustments.
