Great for those that are new to horror

If you're a fan of the Urban Fantasy genre, and you're thinking of dipping your foot into a bit of Horror or just love zombies, this book may be for you. The attitude of the main character was 100% Urban Fantasy. For me, that attitude has been a little overdone, and I just couldn't connect with the amount of tude she had. While I also enjoy the occasional zombie book, there wasn't enough originality to keep me invested. I could see someone truly enjoying this book, but for me, it was just okay, because I'm a bit tired of the same old tropes. Oh, also, if you're a movie buff, this may be for you. Lots of pop culture references.
