Perfect for vocabulary acquisition, but not grammar-heavy

It is very hard to find a good Burmese dictionary, but this one is great! It contains about ~2,500 unique (not repeat) words that will give you a great reference for the language. You can also use it to expand your vocabulary. I will say though, this book is not grammar-heavy even though it promises grammar on the cover. The only grammar it really comes with is how the tones of Burmese work and a few brief sentence order explanations, but not much. However, this is to be expected as it is a dictionary. If you are learning Burmese, whether for a goal of fluency or just for a trip there, I recommend it!
