This book is a beautiful collection of poetry style thoughts and ideas, for women, for men, for anyone that wants to not feel alone in this world. This book covers thoughts on heartbreak, success, positivity, anxiety, beauty, creativity and mental health. This book (along with the others in the series) is a book you can read cover to cover, or open up to each day as an oracle style daily insight. Unfortunately, many people hide their thoughts and emotions. Everyone has their own reasons, whether it is out of self-preservation, their trauma response, or whatever else it could be. It actually doesn't serve them at all, for expressing one's self is the beauty of what being human is all about. I have always taken pride in my self-expression, even if it comes in a wide range of creative thunderstorms and brilliant golden-hour sunsets. I find that different weather inspires different emotions. That's what this little book is about.
