This book isn't just for the first time you try to conceive, it's for anyone that wants to get pregnant regardless of past experiences. I was blessed enough to already have a beautiful and healthy little girl when my husband and I started thinking about having another. This book is MUST read for any woman planning to have a baby. It is really the only book of its kind that includes both the medical and the mystical. Written with care, love, intelligence and lots and lots of women's wisdom - this book is full of interesting facts about preconception and definitely laymen friendly. It is easily conveyed that these two authors love babies!

I found Preconception Plain and Simple very funny and very intelligent!! It is so refreshing to read about how exciting the process of baby making can be, and it doesn't have to be a time filled with stress and anxiety. I especially loved the red flag parts for men, not overwhelming for them - but definitely funny enough to grab their attention. A girl-friendly read!

I read this book from cover to cover and couldn't put it down. It was an easy read and gave great advice about how to relax and enjoy the preparation of conceiving a child. This is a great book for women who are thinking about having a child, and want to get their bodies ready for it!

I picked up a copy of Preconception Plain and Simple for future reference. What I found was a pleasant surprise! Finally a book that didn't scare me with infertility statistics-- it's filled with great anecdotes and is a fun, informative read. I both laughed out loud and felt completely armed with new knowledge.
