Priscilla's Books Are Great!

I am actually a fine artist by trade, but I use a lot of Priscilla's ideas in my art. She always gives very clear instructions, and when followed to a T, they will allow you to produce professional looking artwork that will make you proud!
Deceptive title, but overall a good book

Although I couldn't figure out what decorative painting secrets were revealed in the book, basic techniques (floating, blending and simple blending) were covered more thoroughly than in some of Priscilla's previous books. Those interested in pen and ink will appreciate this one.
