I recently bopught this book and found that it was clearly written and gave me an excellent overview of Process Mapping. The author did my homework by bringing together under one cover the basics on process mapping.I found the section on how to collect process information and the software reviews were excellent. I can imagine some vendors did not like their reviews!Excellent first book on Process Mapping.
